Position Summary: United Electric Company is seeking a solutions-oriented, proactive Division Manager with a proven ability to plan, organize and deliver. This role requires a critical thinker and effective leader who can manage all aspects of the Utility Division, scheduling, manpower planning and subcontractor coordination. We offer an autonomous culture and an opportunity for a candidate to take control and build a division as they see fit.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the operational and financial leadership of the Utility Division

● Hands on, Safety first operator

● Own Division P&L

● Manage fleet and equipment utilization

● Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning and subcontractor coordination

● Implement project controls, cost tracking, look ahead planning, scheduling etc

Qualifications:

● 3-5 years experience in electrical utility management

● 5-10 years experience in electrical utility construction

● Ability to work with a union workforce

● Proven track record managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects

● Strong financial acumen and contract management experience

● Strong leadership presence

● Goal oriented

● Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
