Position Summary

The Utility Driver is responsible for supporting daily yard, rail, equipment, and customer service operations. This role includes trailer movement, equipment operation, material transport, and occasional dedicated driving between Green Bay and Marinette. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
  • Serve customers throughout the Green Bay Metro area.
  • Perform pre trip and post trip inspections.
  • Maintain clean, professional equipment.
  • Follow all company, customer, and DOT safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and the public.

Schedule

  • 5:30 AM-5:30 PM 2-2-3 Schedule
  • Consistent schedule with dependable home time.

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $28
  • Overtime after 40 hours
