The Bid Compliance Coordinator supports the preparation and submission of bid packages by organizing documents, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and ensuring all required forms and supporting materials are complete and submitted on time. This role involves extensive document review, data organization, follow-up with internal departments, and coordination of bid-related administrative tasks. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize bid packages for timely submission.
  • Review bid requirements and ensure all required documents are complete.
  • Track bid deadlines and maintain submission schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documentation.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of bids, supporting documents, and correspondence.
  • Update bid tracking logs and document databases.
  • Assist with vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on missing information to ensure complete submissions.
  • Support the bid team with general administrative and compliance activities.
