We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Utilities Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash throughout the facility.
  • Strip, wax, and maintain floors to ensure a clean and polished appearance.
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping and janitorial equipment safely.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
  • Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with utility and housekeeping projects as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • Must know how to strip and wax floors.
  • Must be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of assigned housekeeping and utility tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
