Job Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Utility Worker to support operations inside a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe production environment while also assisting with basic equipment upkeep and plant operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in manufacturing, sanitation, and maintenance.


Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks across plant areas
  • Follow a master sanitation schedule to maintain food safety standards
  • Keep equipment, floors, and workspaces clean and organized
  • Assist with basic preventative maintenance and minor equipment support
  • Observe plant conditions and report any safety or operational concerns
  • Support maintenance and production teams as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow instructions in English
