Accounting Manager
Salary:$130,000-160,000
Location: Daily on-site in Long Island City (LIC)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
โ€ข Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
โ€ข Manage bank reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance
โ€ข Oversee fixed assets, equipment financing, and depreciation schedules
โ€ข Coordinate financial statement audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews
โ€ข Monitor work-in-process schedules and percentage-of-completion accounting
โ€ข Support month-end and year-end close processes
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
โ€ข 5+ years of public accounting experience
โ€ข Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
โ€ข Experience with construction accounting (WIP & percentage-of-completion preferred)
โ€ข Background in audits, tax filings, and bank covenant compliance
โ€ข Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
