What you will do

Let'sdo this.Let'schange the world. In this vital role you willprovide technical and administrative leadership to a large and diverse group of craft-oriented personnel,with areas of focus including plant utilities, clean utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems.

The schedule for this role will be on a rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule from 7pm to 7am.

  • Responsible forleading theAmgenNCF&Eutilitynight shift staffsupportingcontinuousclean and plantutilityoperationsincluding electrical and HVAC systemsat the site.

  • Provide support asrequiredtomaintaincontinuous and compliant (safety, quality, etc.)utility operations at the site.

  • Management and monitoring ofa robustutilitysystemmaintenanceprogram consisting of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize personnel safety, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, and product quality.

  • Ensure that all staff aretrainedandcomply withallsafety andGMP standards and procedures.

  • Maximize staff productivity and the efficient use of available resources across facilities.

  • Analysisandaccuratereview of engineering / construction / maintenance cost forecasts against scope.

  • Oversight and execution of complexfacilities/utilities/maintenancerelated initiatives and small projects.Provideexpertiseand resources for capital project execution.

  • Work cross-functionally with individuals, partners, clients, and others inEngineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Supply ChainandManufacturing networks.

  • Maintain and improve plant capability and equipment reliability in partnership with engineering leadership and technical staff.

  • Identify areas of potential improvement, conduct analyses, recommend solutions, sponsor improvementprojectsandlead or supportimplementation.

  • Maintain and develop key performance indicators of maintenance performance,lead, assess, developstaffand ensure that all targets and milestones are completed on time and on budget.

  • Support network-wideimprovementin plant maintenance and operation.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and3years of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and5years ofManufacturing EquipmentMaintenance experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and12years ofManufacturing EquipmentMaintenance experience

In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leadingteams, projects,prograns, or directing the allocationorresources.Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and facilitation skills and ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment

  • Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex problems using multiple sources of information

  • Ability to lead multiple tasks and effectively set priorities

  • Proven skill in goal setting and driving continuous improvement through setting and monitoring of key metrics

  • Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical, fluid, and gas equipment and systems

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management, utilities operations programs, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and improving facilities related quality systems
