Job Title:  Wet Utilities Foreman

Job Summary:

The Wet Utilities Foreman oversees and coordinates utility pipeline installation and maintenance activities. This role ensures compliance with construction procedures, specifications, and schedules while leading on-site teams in both public and private sector projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct on-site crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor progress for efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and implement improvements in work methods and scheduling.
  • Hire, train, and mentor laborers and equipment operators.
  • Collaborate with supervisory staff to resolve operational challenges.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
  • Address delays, weather-related issues, and emergencies as they arise.
  • Operate heavy equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain daily logs of labor, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
