Job description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate between M5 Project Management Team, Foreman, and Field Teams.
  • Efficiently oversee multiple projects to assist in completing the scope of work within a given budget
  • Review construction plans, communicate with Clients and Engineers to execute a set plan in order to exceed customer expectations.
  • Create a productive construction timeline and work with Foreman engaging in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of underground utility installation.
  • Manage job costs, budget, schedule of values, and material invoice tracking to stay within project estimated Work In Progress budget.
  • Maintain an As Built construction set of plans using PlanGrid, Blue Beam, or other software.
  • Monitor Jobsites to ensure quality work is being performed correctly per plan.
  • Monitor Jobsites to ensure safe work practices at all times.

M5 does require all applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
