Manager, IT & Business Systems – Evans Group

Together, the group provides power-dense, high-reliability capacitor solutions engineered for mission-critical applications across defense, aerospace, energy, and advanced RF systems. All Evans Group capacitor manufacturers are based in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager, IT & Business Systems is responsible for overseeing business systems and coordinating IT operations and compliance activities across the entire Evans Block, which is comprised of multiple business units and sites. The role ensures that core systems and IT services operate reliably and support business needs across the organization.
This position plays a key role in supporting SOX and CMMC level 2 readiness as it relates to business systems and IT operations, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to help ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and processes are in place. The role also supports business system enhancements and cross site initiatives that improve operational efficiency, consistency, and control effectiveness. This role will report to the Evans Group Controller.
