Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Cleaning Associate to join our team at UT Medical Armory Place Oncology in Knoxville, TN.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday evening schedule, reliable part-time hours, and meaningful work with a company that values dedication and teamwork.

As a member of the Clean Team, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients, families, visitors, and medical professionals. The work you do each evening helps support infection prevention and ensures that patients receive care in a facility they can trust.

What You’ll Do
  • Clean and disinfect patient care areas, exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and performing routine floor care tasks
  • Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, counters, and shared surfaces
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
  • Restock essential supplies including soap, paper products, and restroom items
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and use approved cleaning products according to company standards
  • Follow healthcare facility cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly during each shift
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or supply needs to management
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or healthcare cleaning experience is a plus—but not required
