Position Overview
We're looking for full-time Tennis & Pickleball Coaches who bring energy, expertise, and a love of teaching. You'll deliver high-quality lessons for players of all ages and levels-from young beginners to competitive youth and adult athletes-while fostering confidence, skill development, and a love for the game.
You'll also support our growing pickleball programs, applying the same high standards and engaging coaching style as our other locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Player Instruction: Lead private lessons and group classes with structured, engaging lesson plans.
  • Player Development: Motivate and challenge players, providing personalized feedback and progress reports.
  • Evaluations: Submit player progress evaluations and goal-setting recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and events, supporting a culture of teamwork.
  • Operations & Safety: Maintain court readiness, equipment setup, and follow company safety and inclusion policies.
  • Culture Champion: Model sportsmanship, discipline, and inclusion on and off the court.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years coaching tennis (youth & adults preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Skills: Strong tennis fundamentals, modern coaching techniques, and a positive, motivating communication style.
  • Flexibility: Availability on weekends and holidays (year-round programs).
  • Team Fit: Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of pickleball, relevant coaching certifications, and ideally NTRP 3.5 or UTR 4.0-5.0 playing level.
