Competitive Compensation:
Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full-time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $55k and $75k, annually.
Contact Midtown to pursue a Coaching career if you:
• Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
• Have a growth mindset and are curious
• Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.
