We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Full-Time Drivers to deliver to Selma and surrounding cities. Ideal candidates know the value of a hard day's work and are comfortable operating a box truck in rural areas. You will pick up your delivery truck from the Montgomery terminal (120 Folmar Pkwy) and deliver to residences and businesses in Selma, Marion Junction, Valley Grande, and other surrounding cities. Prior experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or Amazon is a major plus! Military and Veteran candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This role is designed for those who thrive on independence, enjoy navigating the countryside, and are available to cover our critical Saturday and evening windows.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $140/day after training
  • Training Pay: $100/day
  • Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Load & Prep: Arrive at the Montgomery terminal at 7:30 AM to organize your truck.
  • Rural Navigation: Drive companyowned vehicles (P700 to P1100 ) through Selma, Valley Grande, and Marion Junction, or other surrounding cites.
  • Navigating gravel roads and rural driveways safely.
  • Tech Savvy: Use company scanners to log every delivery accurately and GPS to navigate to delivery destinations.
  • Safety First: Conduct pre/posttrip vehicle inspections and complete weekly online safety trainings.
  • Customer Service: Represent the brand with professionalism at every business and residence.
  • Ensure timed deliveries are completed on time
  • Requirements
  • Age: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Licensing: Valid Driverโ€™s License with a clean driving record (CDL NOT required).
  • Physical Fitness: Must be able to carry packages up to 75 lbs. (and up to 150 lbs. with a dolly).
  • Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical exam.
  • Evening Work: Drivers must be comfortable completing routes during evening hours, especially in rural areas where lighting and GPS may be limited.
