Our Processing Team is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a fast paced, hands on environment. We are seeking candidates with experience in processing or distribution environments, such as banking or the USPS, who are comfortable sorting, opening, batching, and scanning checks, about 100 per day. What You'll Do
  • Process high volumes of financial documents in a structured production environment.
  • Manage the high-volume processing of several USPS trays daily, accurately sorting, opening, batching, and scanning about 500 invoices per day.
  • Process approximately 100 checks per day, including sorting, opening, batching, and scanning with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process PDF and return correspondence scans to clients.
  • Perform data entry and reviews to ensure information is recorded and organized correctly.
Who You Are
  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Prior data entry experience with keystrokes of at least 10,000 per hour
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
