About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced highly motivated person with a proven track record, and a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and selling MWI Direct's direct mail solutions, including data-driven campaigns, personalized printing, and integrated marketing services. This individual has a passion for building relationships, uncovering client needs, and presenting creative, effective mail solutions. This position will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and procurement decision-makers.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales; experience in print, direct mail, or marketing services required.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with USPS postal guidelines and direct mail production is a plus.
