MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) Technology Applications Program Management (TAPM) Team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that improve mail processing and distribution operations across one of the nation's largest organizations.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution by managing project activities while supporting software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise technology initiatives
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track project progress, budgets, dependencies, and project health
  • Partner with developers, engineers, business analysts, and USPS stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical work items
  • Support software development activities including coding, debugging, testing, implementation, and deployment as needed
  • Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production deployments
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, meeting summaries, and project documentation
  • Maintain project backlogs, risk registers, issue logs, and technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and delivery efficiency
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with exceptional quality
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management related experience
  • Experience managing technical or software development projects
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methodologies
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
