Totem Lake is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering coordinated, convenient care to patients using a team-based model. Other services available at Totem Lake include on-site x-ray, eye care, and interpreter services, as well as an on-site laboratory and pharmacy.

Kirkland, on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, is a 15-mile drive from Seattle across the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge.
