The territory for this position is Kent County, Dover & surrounding areas.
What you'll do:
  • Provides information on the USFHP in various settings to educate DEERS-eligible TRICARE military health system beneficiaries
  • Interface with key military and military-related organization contacts to facilitate meetings and events.
  • Conduct seminars; offer educational programs; conduct information briefings
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with health care and community/family support/retiree activities coordinators.

What you'll bring:
  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop and cultivate Military Base Command relationships
  • Ability to explain features/benefits of the USFHP
  • Great attention to detail and follow-through
  • Goal and Relationship oriented
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required

Note: Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive to meetings/presentations across the service area. (Kent County, Dover & surrounding areas)
Salary Range: Minimum 26.51/hour - Maximum 43.76/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
