The goal is to identify usability issues, understand user behavior, and improve the overall user experience. User testing can take various forms, such as moderated or unmoderated sessions, remote or in-person testing, and can include tasks, surveys, or interviews. The insights gained help designers and developers make informed decisions to enhance the product's effectiveness and satisfaction for its target audience.
