Job description

About the Opportunity

This is a 5-month contract position for a Senior UX Designer to work in a hybrid environment (combination of remote and on‑site work) in Pennington, NJ or New York, NY. You’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, designing user interfaces, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a positive user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
  • Create user personas to guide design decisions
  • Design wireframes and prototypes
  • Test designs for usability and make adjustments
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusion for all users
  • Stay up‑to‑date on UX design trends
  • Analyze data to inform design improvements
  • Advocate for user needs within the organization
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of UX Design experience at the enterprise level (required)
  • Experience with Figma, Miro, and Figjam (preferred)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management systems (preferred)
  • Understanding of system development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred)
