ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Business Analyst leads the definition and delivery of innovative, end-to-end business requirements supporting a global corporate travel management ecosystem, including supplier direct connections, online booking tools, agent platforms, and integrated systems. This role bridges business and technology by translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements while driving automation, cost efficiency, and streamlined processes. The position requires independent ownership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to risk identification, system integration, and continuous improvement.
