Role 1: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Job Description
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in design systems for both desktop and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a unified design system across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into engaging UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Required Skills
  • Strong background in UI/UX design for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with telecom or product-based industries.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for design handoff.
