Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of product management business analysis, product ownership, or related experience.
  • Experience managing software products, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience writing user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development, lifecycles, and product management best practices.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience within technology, fintech, digital products, wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, workflow solutions, client portals, or related enterprise applications.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
