Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Work on the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile products, from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the overall product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to translate business goals and user requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create visually compelling, accessible, and implementation-ready designs that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and CSS knowledge, to ensure quality, consistency, and usability across digital experiences.

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of UX design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
