You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of a brand while also conducting research on possible improvements. Oftentimes, you will create and facilitate surveys and other assessment tools to collect user feedback and translate your findings into possible new directions for a website or computer program. You are responsible for making the product accessible for your target audience.
