• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work, including examples informed by user feedback or research.
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience conducting or supporting basic UX research activities such as usability testing or concept validation.
• Ability to apply research findings and data to improve design outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred
• Experience designing for ecommerce, retail, or other customer and internal-facing digital products.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working within a design system.
• Comfort partnering with analytics or research partners to interpret insights.
