Position: UI/UX Programmer
Location: Columbus, OH (43223)
Client: State of Ohio
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Programmer to join our team and create modern, intuitive user interfaces. This role requires collaboration with business users and development staff in an agile environment, focusing on user-centered design and improving product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces for complex applications.
  • Utilize prototyping tools like Figma and ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
  • Conduct user research to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements and best practices in UI design.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI design and development.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Fluent UI framework.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with ASP.NET C# and secure UI design practices.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead design initiatives.
