Position Summary:ย 

The UX/UI Designer is a skilled contributor responsible for delivering user-centered designs for assigned product features and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes strong execution, attention to detail, and growth in design craft while supporting design system adoption and contributing to team success. Mid-Level designersย participateย in research, prototyping, and design execution, with opportunities to mentor junior peers informally.ย 

Position Responsibilities:ย 

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency.ย 
  • Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design.ย 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements.ย 
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards.ย 
  • Contribute to design system components andย maintainย consistency across projects.ย 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.ย 
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.ย 
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.ย 
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.ย 

Required Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.ย 
  • 3-5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.ย 
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards.ย 
  • Portfolioย demonstratesย strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects.ย 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff.ย 
  • Strong communicationย and collaboration skills.ย 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.ย
