Your role

As a UI/UX Delivery Manager, you will shape how users experience Neo, Capgemini's AI platform. You will coordinate end‐to‐end UX delivery, ensuring designs are consistent, intuitive, and ready for implementation across conversational and non‐conversational experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams, you will translate complex AI use cases into clear user journeys and ensure high-quality, trustworthy interactions that align with product priorities and enterprise standards.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate and plan UI/UX delivery for new features, agents, workflows, and platform enhancements
  • Structure UX across conversational flows, agent journeys, prompt interactions, and non-conversational interfaces
  • Ensure quality and consistency of user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, decision trees, and handover documentation
  • Define and maintain conversation architecture, including intents, responses, and follow-up paths
  • Design and coordinate decision flows (fallbacks, escalation paths, clarification, confidence handling, user control)
  • Translate feature requests into clear UX requirements and actionable design workstreams
  • Drive collaboration between UX, Product, and Engineering to ensure implementation-ready solutions
  • Use user feedback, testing insights, and usage data to continuously improve the experience

Your profile

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating UI/UX delivery in digital or product-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and design-to-development handover
  • Good knowledge of AI product UX, conversational design, and decision-flow thinking
  • Ability to structure user journeys, prompt flows, and multi-step interaction patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Figma (components, libraries, prototyping, documentation)
  • Proven capability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and business teams while managing multiple streams
  • Awareness of accessibility, transparency, and user trust, ideally supported by experience with AI assistants, UX writing, or user testing
