As the company’s leading advocate for player needs and behaviors, you will ensure that player experience considerations inform strategic, product, design, and technology decisions across our portfolio. If you are passionate about creating exceptional player experiences and have the leadership experience to guide teams toward a shared vision, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve CD PROJEKT RED's Player Experience vision across games, services, and player touchpoints.
  • Establish player-centric principles, standards, frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Ensure a cohesive player experience across all player-facing products and services.
  • Establish and evolve scalable practices for research, design, analytics, experimentation, and validation.

  • Drive player-centric decision-making by translating insights into actionable recommendations for teams and leadership.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary Player Experience teams spanning UX Research, UX Design, Game Analytics, and other player-focused capabilities.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, craft excellence, and continuous development across disciplines.
  • Integrate research, analytics, player feedback, and operational data into a unified view of player experience.
  • Define and track Player Experience health metrics to inform decision-making and measure outcomes.
  • Identify and address player friction, usability challenges, and experience gaps across the ecosystem.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and player-centric design practices across the portfolio.
  • Support multiple projects throughout development and live operations with player insights, expertise, and strategic guidance.
  • Partner with Game Directors, Design Directors, Producers, and Technology Directors to improve player outcomes.
  • Partner with the QA Director to align product quality and player experience objectives, driving continuous improvement across the player journey.
  • Represent the player perspective in portfolio planning, strategic discussions, and leadership decision-making.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement of player experience before and after launch.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading UX, Player Experience, Product Experience, or related functions within games, digital products, or platform ecosystems.
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams across design, research, analytics, and related player experience functions.
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, user experience, live operations, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative research and quantitative analytics, with the ability to translate insights into clear priorities and strategic direction.
  • Strong foundation in UX design, usability, accessibility, and player experience best practices.
  • Experience working across multiple products, teams, or platforms in complex development environments.
  • Experience building and scaling shared services or center-of-excellence functions supporting multiple product teams.
  • Ability to think beyond a single product and design for interconnected player journeys across games, services, and platforms.
  • Experience balancing company-wide strategy, standards, and governance with project autonomy and execution needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams around a shared player-centric vision.
  • Passion for creating exceptional player experiences and translating player insights into meaningful product improvements.
