Job Title: Lead UI/UX Frontend Developer

Job Description
Value Technology is looking for an experienced UI/UX Frontend Lead Developer with strong React.js expertise. The candidate will lead frontend architecture, establish UI development standards, and build scalable enterprise web applications.
This position requires both hands-on development and technical leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of UI components using React.js.
- Define frontend coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Build reusable component libraries and design systems.
- Design scalable frontend architecture for enterprise applications.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and business teams.
- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Mentor frontend developers and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain frontend architecture and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js and frontend architecture.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building reusable component libraries and design systems.
