Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI) is a recognized employer seeking a Frontend Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design and build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces for Federal Government web applications, playing a critical role in delivering digital solutions to government customers.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces.
• Ensure all frontend code meets Section 508 accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Optimize frontend application performance, including load times, rendering, and resource utilization.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend development best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 3 years of frontend development.
• Demonstrated expertise in: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, frontend frameworks, responsive design, user experience, accessibility.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Preferred:
• Understand PeopleSoft and related Oracle technology.
• AWS Certified Developer or equivalent cloud/frontend certification.

• Familiarity with design systems (e.g., U.S. Web Design System - USWDS).
