Job description

As the UX Design Manager (US), you will lead and develop a highperforming team of designers responsible for US Pizza Hut digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In collaboration with UX senior leadership, this role is accountable for delivering highquality design outcomes for the US market and plays a key role in influencing and helping shape the strategy that guides how teams work.

This role balances people leadership, design quality, and crossfunctional influence. You will help shape and reinforce team direction, raise the bar on craft and execution, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to deliver customercentered outcomes at scale.

  • 6+ years of UX design experience, including people leadership within a productdriven organization.
  • Proven experience managing and developing designers, including performance management and career coaching.
  • Strong understanding of UX disciplines: information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering in Agile or similar delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problemsolving, design craft, and realworld impact.

Salary Range: $137,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Champion and evolve design systems and shared patterns used by US teams.
  • Improve workflows, rituals, and tooling to increase efficiency, quality, and predictability.
  • Use data, research insights, and team feedback to continuously refine how the team works.
