We are seeking a Marketing Intern (Summer/fall 2026) to support our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role will contribute directly to marketing content, collateral, and visual assets that support Luminator's brand and product portfolio.
Flexible Work Schedule
This internship offers a flexible weekly schedule designed to support academic and personal commitments. The role requires approximately three working days per week, and interns may structure their hours in the way that works best for them.
Examples include:
  • Two six-hour days and one ten-hour day
  • Three evenly split days
  • Other combinations that align with team needs
Daily start and end times are also flexible within core business hours. Our goal is to provide meaningful experience while giving you autonomy in how you manage your time.
Essential Functions:
  • Marketing collateral updates - Refresh brochures, datasheets, and PowerPoint presentations Graphic editing - Edit and enhance graphics, images, and diagrams
  • File preparation - Prepare print-ready PDFs and optimize assets for digital use
  • Layout and design - Support layout, formatting, and visual consistency across materials
  • Trade show support - Contribute to booth design concepts and event graphics
  • Content collaboration - Assist with updates and new product-related content
  • Writing Blog posts, e-Book's, creating content is a huge plus
Qualifications
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) - required
  • PowerPoint expertise - required
  • Video editing experience - desired
  • Canva knowledge - desired
  • Product photography - desired
  • Design accuracy - Strong eye for layout, typography, and design
  • Project management - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio required - Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing design, layout, and/or visual content work along with their resume
Education:
  • Upper-level marketing/design student required - 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or business.
  • Needs to have the maturity and experience to support design-heavy work, collateral creation, and occasional social media tasks.
