Job Description

Title: Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Duration: 6 month (may extend)


Summary: 

We are seeking someone with a passion for user experience design to assist us in developing our next generation of web-based software products.

As a part of the UX Design team you will assist in defining and executing an iterative UX development process to design & prototype future web-based products.


Responsibilities:

Work closely with product teams to uncover business needs, develop design strategies and communicate your design solutions 

Design and specify the product experience using iterative design techniques including design studios, customer interviews and usability testing 

Produce design deliverables such as sketches, scenarios, wireframes, mental models and prototypes 

Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually 

Accountable for the quality of work, delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs 


Qualifications: 

Proven ability to work in a cross-discipline, open and creative team 

Highly creative, detail-oriented, passionate about delivering the best user experience possible 

A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in user-centric design 

Experience in rapid prototyping a plus
