Our dealership has a need for a Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee our Sales Department. We have some of the hottest products on the road today, which means greater income opportunity for you. The ideal manager must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. Position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of Used Car Department., including: sales volume, appraisals, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills.

  • 1+ years of current Sales Manager experience or 4+ years as a Sales Consultant or 2+ years as an F&I Manager
