The USDA Butcher plays a crucial role in meat processing, primarily handling beef to ensure quality and safety. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this position involves precise meat cutting, rigorous quality inspection, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The butcher utilizes a combination of manual knives, mechanical saws, and automated processing machines to carry out daily tasks efficiently without requiring travel for training or work.

Responsibilities
