Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation operations within a high-volume kitchen department at a large food distribution center. This role is responsible for ensuring all sanitation practices meet strict food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sanitation operations within the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including FDA, USDA, and company standards
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation schedules and procedures
  • Supervise and train sanitation staff, ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Maintain sanitation logs, documentation, and reporting for compliance purposes
