We are currently hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Broker and Relationship Channel.


The Relationship Manager will be working in a group setting with other Relationship Managers. In this team-based role, the Relationship Manager is responsible for the following key objectives: growing the channel and increasing attorney direct referrals. To accomplish these key objectives, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for the following:


  • Timely and accurate processing of all incoming leads, including but not limited to creating leads in CRM, reviewing case documents, and requesting additional documents as needed.
  • Keeping plaintiffs, attorneys, and brokers apprised of the lead status and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure leads are converted to deals.
  • Maintaining CRM with up-to-date firm contacts, law firm relevant notes, and dates of last contact.
  • In coordination with the Director and the rest of the team, focus on growing long-lasting relationships with our partners and law firms.


The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a sales/customer service background focused on building relationships and successfully maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with clients. The Relationship Manager will work closely with other team members to ensure attorneys and their clients receive excellent customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Timely and accurate processing of all incoming leads
  • Processing all leads, including inbound/outbound calls and written communications
  • Establish and preserve long-term relationships with attorneys and law firms
  • Identify opportunities and assist the Director with the progression of those opportunities
  • Identify key staff at law firms to cultivate long-lasting relationships
  • Review case documents and facilitate the gathering of missing documents promptly
  • Take ownership of pending leads and assist with their movement through the pipeline all the way to funded deal status
  • Work quickly to address and resolve issues
  • Maintain engagement with prospects and accounts in the pipeline to grow sales volume
  • Promote high-quality service and the Company's positive image
  • Organize regular meetings and handle client communications
  • Other duties as assigned


EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales
  • Relationship management and customer service experience
  • Comfortable with heavy phone call volume
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships on the phone and through marketing efforts
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written skills
  • Successful presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and can use the company CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
