Responsabilites principales
- Effectuer l'entree quotidienne des donnees de production dans les systemes JDE (JD Edwards) et Coupa.
- Enregistrer les consommations de matieres premieres et les quantites produites.
- Effectuer les transactions d'inventaire de matieres premieres, produits en cours et produits finis.
- Verifier l'exactitude des donnees saisies et corriger les ecarts au besoin.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des receptions, transferts et mouvements d'inventaire.
- Produire et maintenir differents rapports de production et d'inventaire.
- Collaborer avec les equipes de production, d'entrepot, de planification et de finance afin d'assurer l'integrite des donnees.
- Participer aux decomptes cycliques et aux inventaires physiques.
- Identifier les opportunites d'amelioration des processus administratifs et de gestion des donnees.
- Respecter en tout temps les normes, politiques et procedures de Sante, Securite et Environnement (SSE) de Cabot.
Profil recherche
Formation
- DEP, DEC ou toute autre formation pertinente en administration, logistique ou gestion des operations.
Experience
- Minimum de 2 a 3 ans d'experience dans un poste administratif ou de coordination en milieu manufacturier.
Connaissances techniques
- Excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulierement Excel.
- Experience avec les systemes ERP, notamment JD Edwards (JDE).
- Connaissance de Coupa (atout important).
- Bonne comprehension des processus de production et de gestion d'inventaire.

- Grande rigueur et souci du detail.
