Job Summary
 
Vara Chevrolet is looking for a Sales BDC (Business Developing Center)  to join our team!  The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound leads and providing assistance on our product offerings to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads in an efficient manner
  • Continuous follow up with inquiries who do not set an appointment on the first contact
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner with the goal of setting an appointment
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Utilize scripts to assist in all daily follow up
  • Handle all guests in a professional manner and expedite requests

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
  • Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Valid driver’s license, authorized to work in USA
  • Spanish speaker is a plus
