Ultimate USA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is part of a highly successful international group of companies with additional locations in Austria, Romania, Poland, Turkey, China, and Australia.

We specialize in the development, sales, and service of gangways, automatic door systems, and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our presence in the United States. Our Charlotte location is a new and developing site, currently being built up by a highly motivated and dynamic team,offering a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of our business in the region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive the expansion of existing market activities within the railway and bus industry in the U.S.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop strategic sales plans for the U.S. market
  • Build and develop strategic key accounts and long-term partnerships in a technical sales environment
  • Prepare project-based quotations and lead commercial and technical contract negotiations with customers
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, and Project Management
  • Collaborate with and align with the ULTIMATE Groupโ€™s global sales team (as backup) and report to management
  • Take ownership of revenue planning and evaluate commercial conditions in coordination with the group lawyer
Your Profile
  • Strong sales personality with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in technical sales
  • Completed technical and commercial education
  • Fluent in English (business-level proficiency, written and spoken)
  • Strong technical understanding combined with solid business acumen
  • Confident in negotiations at decision-maker level
  • Willingness to travel within the United States
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
  • US work permit required
