A USA PMO (Project Management Office) is a centralized group within an organization in the United States that defines and maintains project management standards across the company. The PMO helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. It provides support, guidance, and oversight for project managers and teams, often by establishing best practices, templates, and tools.
