It represents U.S. interests abroad and serves as the main point of contact between the U.S. government and the host nation's government. The embassy provides services such as visa processing, assistance to U.S. citizens, diplomatic communication, and the promotion of American policies and culture. Embassies also help foster economic, cultural, and political relations between the United States and the host country.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a U.S. Embassy employee?
