  • Strong business acumen with a curiosity to understand operations beyond accounting
  • Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational growth

The starting salary range for this position is between $180,000 to $210,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 15 days of paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Employees also enjoy a 35% discount at Sugar Mountain locations.
