SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Hybrid
Salary: $150K-$180K + bonus


Highly visible SEC Reporting Manager opportunity with a growing public company leading SEC filings, technical accounting, and reporting process improvements while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities for the SEC REPORTING MANAGER:
β€’ Lead preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
β€’ Manage and mentor the SEC Reporting team while driving accountability and development
β€’ Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters including equity compensation, EPS, and technical disclosures
β€’ Evaluate the impact of new transactions and accounting standards on SEC filings and disclosures
β€’ Review quarterly EPS calculations, equity compensation accounting, and related journal entries
β€’ Oversee disclosure checklists and support XBRL review processes
β€’ Serve as primary point of contact with external auditors on SEC reporting matters
β€’ Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and International Finance teams
β€’ Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the SEC reporting function

Qualifications for the SEC REPORTING MANAGER:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
β€’ CPA required
β€’ 8+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company
β€’ Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
β€’ Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
β€’ Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
β€’ Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure preferred
β€’ Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement capabilities
