Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates in Kent, WA with a leading tire distribution company. This long-term opportunity offers weekly pay starting at $21.16/hr., plus competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, unloading, storing, and preparing tire inventory for shipment. This is an active, hands-on position that involves consistent physical movement, including lifting and moving tires throughout an 8-hour shift. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, setting up tire racks, and labeling and tracking materials. You will also help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed.

These Warehouse Associate positions require a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of prior work experience. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. with assistance, while performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. The role also requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently, and maintain safety and compliance at all times. Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail are essential, along with clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with others. Candidates should be reliable, professional, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ethical behavior.
