Job description

Warehouse/Delivery Position

Mighty Auto Parts is growing and needs to add a full-time warehouse position that can flex into delivering routes when needed. We are a small family-owned company that has been in business since 2001. We offer competitive wages and a full range of benefits. Our business hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm. Wages will be DOE and certifications. The only requirement is that you have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical.

This position is primarily the warehouse duties below, you will need to be able to run hot shots in town as well as fill in for a delivery route if needed. Our warehouse is 7,500 sq ft. and we carry a variety of products. Our primary products are filters, brakes, batteries, and lubricants for the automotive industry. We receive 5-15 pallets of product weekly that needs to be broken down, checked in, and put away on our shelving. You would need to be comfortable running a forklift and able to lift 70 lbs. There is potential for advancement if you want to move up into a delivery route position in the future.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Unload LTL pallets from inbound trucks
  • Stage pallets in organized manner
  • Breakdown pallets and verify product shipped against our PO
  • Pick orders for delivery routes
  • Load orders for delivery routes
  • Run “hot shots” to in town customers
  • Unload bulk oil tankers
  • Manage labels on bulk oil totes and drums
  • Cycle counting inventory
  • Fill in delivery routes as needed (illness/vacation)
  • Assemble racks for new customer setups
