2nd Shift AOI Operator - Mount Pleasant, PA 15666
CHS is urgently hiring 2nd Shift AOI Operators for a well-known electronics manufacturing company in Mount Pleasant, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industry with long-term growth potential while playing a key role in ensuring product quality and precision.
Shift/Hours: 3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $19/hr
What You'll Do:
  • Review AOI output to assess printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) quality
  • Identify recurring defects and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Detect false calls and assist with AOI program improvements
  • Log defects accurately in MES systems
  • Recommend documentation improvements to enhance quality outcomes
  • Continue developing inspection and AOI skills through training
  • Assist with x-ray inspection as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and comfort working with data
  • Ability to focus on detailed and repetitive tasks
  • Basic understanding of electronic components
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to obtain IPC-610 certification within 3-6 months (company supported)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Experience
  • 1+ year in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SMT lines or inspection equipment
